About these numbers
This calculator is based on published information and pricing Harvest displays to its customers. Each Harvest plan carries this fine print:
“Your base rate includes core features. As your team grows, additional invoices, projects, clients, and tasks are billed based on what you use, so you’re never overpaying.”
This is a calculator to help you understand that usage-based pricing. This page is not affiliated with or endorsed by Harvest. Rates were compiled in August 2026 and may change at any time — please confirm current pricing directly with Harvest at getharvest.com/pricing.
The rates Harvest uses to calculate your price
| Seats (per seat, per month) |

Usage is measured on activity in the billing period before each renewal: projects, tasks, and clients count only when time is tracked to them in that period. Each usage category is charged separately, on top of the per-seat price. The Unlimited option replaces all usage fees with one flat fee. Compiled August 2026. What changed in Harvest’s pricing
Through late 2024, Harvest sold flat per-seat plans with no usage fees. Plans bought before November 7, 2024 are what Harvest’s documentation calls Legacy plans.
In July 2025, Harvest was acquired by Bending Spoons. In early 2026, Harvest introduced its current pricing: two plans — Teams and Enterprise — priced per seat, plus usage-based fees on five measures: active projects, active tasks, active clients, invoices created, and amount invoiced. The usage fees are metered (Flex) or replaced by a single flat fee (Unlimited).
Existing accounts move to the new pricing at renewal, in batches. Harvest’s help center states that a move can’t be delayed or reversed, and that upgrading or changing plans moves an account immediately. Monthly accounts generally converted first; annual accounts convert at their renewal date, which is why many teams first see the change during 2026.
What is often described as the Harvest price increase is usually not the seat price — Harvest’s own comparison notes the per-seat cost went down versus Pro — but the usage fees added on top of it. The calculator above estimates both parts together.
Common questions about Harvest’s pricing
Did Harvest raise prices in 2026?
The per-seat price actually went down compared with the previous Pro plan, but usage-based fees on projects, tasks, clients, and invoicing now apply on top of seats. Whether a team’s total goes up depends on its activity — that is what the calculator above estimates.
How much does Harvest cost per user?
Teams is $9 per seat per month billed annually, or $11 billed monthly. Enterprise is $14 per seat per month billed annually, or $17.50 billed monthly. Usage fees are charged in addition to seats.
What is Harvest’s Unlimited option?
A flat fee that replaces all usage-based fees: $1,900 per month on monthly billing, or $1,583 per month on annual billing — the same on Teams and Enterprise. Seats are still charged separately.
What are Harvest Legacy plans?
Flat per-seat plans from before the current lineup, with no usage fees. They are closed to new signups, and accounts on them are moved to the current pricing at renewal.
When will an existing Harvest account move to the new pricing?
At renewal, in batches Harvest controls. Harvest’s help center states a move can’t be delayed or, once made, reversed. Upgrading or changing plans moves an account to the new pricing immediately.
